International innovators, leading defence companies and experts, together with representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Finnish Defence Forces and NATO, gathered at the DEFINE Innovation Hub on 8–10 December 2025 to follow demonstrations of new defence technologies. At the heart of the event was the aim of strengthening shared operational reliability.

During the demonstrations, 17 companies presented their unique solutions for the needs of modern defence. The companies demonstrated their products according to four challenge categories, in each of which one company received a special mention:

● Sine Engineering – Resilient communications capability: Ensuring robust and secure data transfer between unmanned systems in jammed electromagnetic environments.

● Kuva Space – AI-enabled decision support: Using artificial intelligence to improve situational awareness, decision-making and automation in command and control systems.

● Jet Connectivity – 5G/6G network integration: Leveraging next-generation communication technologies to improve battlefield connectivity and spectrum adaptability.

● Kelluu – Operational reliability in demanding conditions: Ensuring continuity of operations and data integrity in demanding Arctic or high-altitude conditions.

Alta Ares, ARX Robotics, Dwarf Engineering, Granta Autonomy, IS -Wireless, Kraken, Lennartsfors, Microamp, ReLoc, RSI Europe, TACTIQL and Tekever also presented impressive, mission-driven solutions during the event that can be used to strengthen battlefield performance and defence capability.
